HCG Diet Summer Recipe Ideas for Phase 2 and 3

It’s been Hot Hot Hot this summer.  A perfect time for cool and refreshing dishes like fresh salads and frozen treats.  Now I know that sticking to a strict diet plan like the hCG Diet can be challenging especially if you are on the HCG Phase 2 with all the tempting barbecues, picnics, and summer fun.  It doesn’t have to be a problem though if you are armed and prepared with plenty of Phase 2 and 3 tasty recipe ideas.  You might even want to make extra to share with family and friends at your next get together.

For those of you dieting this summer, I have a few HCG Diet summer recipe Ideas you can enjoy to make your diet meals even tastier.

HCG Diet Summer Recipes Ideas for the hCG Phase 2

♥  Freeze your strawberries and whip them up with a little water and chocolate stevia for a delicious Summer sorbet.
