I have been watching Gabiel Joseph’s you tube videos and he was using the cookbook (ebook) and he had pages he was able to print out to track all food and weight daily. I do not see a download that I can purchase (ebook) outside of the one for the Ipad, Kindle, etc. Does the bound book com with these daily tracking pages that I can print out, or what is my best option for purchasing?
Hi Rob and so sorry for the delay in responding. We were having technical problems with the blog and they just got it fixed! My books do not come with tracking pages although that’s something we may incorporate into future books; most people just use a simple notebook or spreadsheet to keep this information.
