Strawberries HCG Phase 2 and HCG Phase 3 Recipe Ideas

When I was on the HCG Diet Phase 2, I would savor and thoroughly enjoy my strawberries. Fruits on the HCG Phase 2 were of course limited and I would look forward to those strawberries like they were the most decadent desert on the planet!  To celebrate my love of the strawberry, I created these Phase 2 and Phase 3 HCG Strawberry recipe ideas to share with you.  When I transitioned to HCG Phase 3, nothing made me happier than a sweet strawberry smoothie or homemade ice cream when I wanted something a little sweet.

You are limited to only strawberries on Phase 2 but when you get to Phase 3 you can mix it up by adding delicious blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries to your diet!  Berries in general are a low glycemic food, meaning that they don’t spike blood sugars when you eat them as much as other higher fruits and foods do.  This makes all berries an ideal choice when you want to satisfy a sweet craving without blowing your diet.  May these HCG strawberry recipe ideas inspire you and help you stay on track with your diet!  Enjoy!
