While this recipe has a hint of sweetness from the Sriracha sauce (Homemade Sriracha sweetened with Stevia), if you want a touch of sweetness, you can add a little extra stevia to the recipe. This coleslaw recipe really packs a lot of flavor but I have to admit that a hint of sweetness really enhances the flavor of the smoky ham and spicy Sriracha sauce.

Creamy Sriracha Ham Coleslaw Phase 3
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Cabbage, finely shredded
1/2 cup cubed or sliced ham
1/4 cup Sriracha Sauce
1/3 cup Greek yogurt (substitute mayonnaise or sour cream)
2 Tbs. minced red onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Pinch of Stevia (optional for extra sweetness)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Mix Sriracha sauce, spices, and onion into Greek yogurt and stir into finely shredded cabbage. Add Ham and mix to combine flavors. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes and serve chilled as a delicious, healthy, savory side dish.
Creamy Sriracha Ham Coleslaw Recipe Phase 3 modifications: Substitute turkey, chicken, or pepperoni instead of ham. Add more vegetables for extra nutrition and crunch like bell peppers, halved grape tomatoes or celery.
