Tammy,
Surely wish someone (maybe you) would give people that are entering Phase 3 some recipes and some hints, this part of the diet is extremely crucial to success…correct, well any hints or websites where I can find some recipes would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You,
Terry
Think Atkins style during P3. But not induction so don’t omit your fruits. Just don’t overdo the fruits because of the natural sugars. Think full fat foods as unprocessed as possible.
I can’t seem to access the $5.00 discount. I type in the HCGBLOG and the 5.00 stays on. Help.
Hi Rene and sorry about the problem! I’ve contacted our technical team and we will get back with you soon!
Tammy
Hello. In your book does the calorie count come with every recipe
Yes! Both Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 HCG Diet Gourmet Cookbooks contain calorie counts for each recipe and also offer guidelines by ingredient. 1 Vegetable, 1 Fruit, 1 protein serving. As long as you follow the recipe, you won’t go above your calorie counts for the day.
