I had planned for the new HCG Diet Gourmet Cookbook Vol. 2 to release in time for the holidays 2011 but it actually released in April of 2012. A few months late but packed with 150 more new recipes for the HCG Phase 2. In this new Vol. 2 of the HCG Diet Gourmet Cookbook I even include some delicious egg and cheese recipes.
As you may know, Dr. Simeons in his book Pounds and Inches offered the options of one whole egg with 3 egg whites or 100 grams of non-fat cottage cheese as vegetarian alternatives. I’m sure many of you will enjoy the Strawberry Cheesecake (Guilt free and delicious enough for even after the HCG Diet is over) And there are plenty more (150 more) delicious HCG Diet friendly Chicken, Beef, Seafood, desserts and beverages in my new cookbook too!
Just so you know, this is not a revamp or new edition of the HCG Diet Gourmet Cookbook Vol. 1 but an all new Vol. 2 Cookbook with the same solid information on how to do the HCG Diet correctly, all new recipes, and special sections on the HCG diet mindset, Phase 3 stabilizing tips, and more.
These new recipes and the Vol. 2 HCG Gourmet Cookbook were a true labor of love and I had so much fun whipping things up in my kitchen. I hope that HCG Dieters everywhere will enjoy the new recipes! Love to hear what you think! What’s your favorite Vol. 2 recipe!

I’ve been looking on your website and wish i’d found this site whem I first started HCG. I am now on P3, day 3 and was trying to find some recipes for this phase. Do you have a downloadable cookbook for this phase? I have lost 11.2kgs and am very concerned about putting it back on.

I find one of the hardest things about the diet is the variety of food and recipes, keep the food interesting and the hcg diet is easier to complete. There are so many interesting recipes on this site and some new ones that I have never seen before. Thanks for all the work you have put in to help all HCG dieters out there!
