Savory Herb Lemon Chicken
Ingredients:
  • 100 grams chicken breast
  • 1 serving Melba Toast Crumbs (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 slices lemon with rind
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Bragg’s liquid aminos
  • 1/8 teaspoon marjoram, fresh or dried
  • 1/8 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon mustard powder or 1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 5 Butter or Popcorn Flavor drops to taste (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine 1/2 cup broth with 3 slices lemon with rind and spices. Simmer on low heat until liquid is reduced by half. Remove lemon rind and add Flavor drops. Dip chicken in lemon juice and coat with Melba Toast Crumbs. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Pour sauce over the top and serve.
