Enjoy this Quick and Easy HCG Diet Phase 2 Vegetable Snack Recipe for On the Go!
Lets face it, most of us are incredibly busy. Running around, kids, work, and everything else. That can make things challenging to say the least to stay true on Phase 2 of the HCG Diet. When it comes to convenience, my life is no exception. Even though I’m off the diet now, I still enjoy this healthy treat. I’m happy to share one of my favorite quick on the go recipes. This vegetable snack recipe is perfect for Phase 2 of the HCG Diet and uses crispy crunchy radishes. Radishes have a bit of a peppery bite and I love the tanginess of the lemon with the heat of the chili powder. Just toss them in a container or baggie and off you go.
Lemony Chili Radishes
4-5 medium radishes, thin sliced
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
Pinch of salt.
Slice radishes thinly. Sprinkle liberally with lemon juice and chili powder to taste. Add a pinch of salt and enjoy.
I find that when you are stressed or on the go, it is helpful to keep a snack handy so you don’t fall prey to diet temptation or hunger. Remember that on the HCG Diet Phase 2 VLCD, vegetables are unlimited as long as you stay below 500 calories for that day
