Hey, it happens.  We get tempted.

1.  Drink extra water

2.  Have a drizzle of milk chocolate stevia on your strawberries when you have a sweet tooth

3.  Journal all the reasons why you want to lose weight.

4.  Think about the end result.  Visualize yourself at your goal weight, playing with your kids, buying that bikini.  Finding a reason to stick it out is critical to making it happen.

5.  Have something prepared to snack on when you are hungry or tempted to cheat.  I would save my fruit for an evening snack for those late night cravings
