I modeled and studied people who are successful making healthy lifestyle changes and how thoughts and feelings about ourselves and our bodies influence us. Mindset is critical to lasting weight loss both on Phase 2 and frankly for maintenance and the rest of your life.

The HCG Diet Mindset for Phase 2
Focus on the end result and your goal. Remember that this is unlike any diet you’ve ever done before and the results are long lasting. Focus on delayed gratification rather than missing certain foods or old eating habits.
Measure yourself regularly and weigh yourself daily. Think about the lost inches and the looseness of your clothing and stay positive about the changes going on within your body.
Imagine buying smaller and more flattering clothes, wearing a bikini again, the activities and fun you will have when you are slimmer and feel more attractive. Get comfortable with the idea of being slim and begin to feel beautiful in your body no matter what your weight is right now.
